Currently completing an MSc in organisational Psychology. Matthew is presently holding the position of company director of First Class Support Ltd, which was founded in 2015. First Class Support is a multi-award winning company and has been nominated for four business awards in total since incorporating. Matthew has been nominated for entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2017. Experience of recruitment, clinical psychology, learning disabilities and academia are combined, making Matthew a highly experienced and qualified head of an organisation that is dedicated to providing an unrivalled support service to disabled individuals within academia and the workplace.
