About Matthew Moon

I am extremely professional and dedicated to any role I undertake. Specifically, my various positions within Customer Service have enabled me to empathise with customers at many levels whilst being able to communicate the position of the business. This has resulted in me adopting a rather diplomatic approach on occasions. I have always been able to learn quickly and ensure meticulous attention to detail at all times. I am extremely experienced and passionate about drafting letters for the Senior Board and directly in response to any Customer Complaint; I have always been called upon when it comes how to word and construct a response whether that is from a fellow colleague or those above me. I always ensure any database of information is maintained and follow correct policies and procedures. I am also very good at looking at processes and improving them where I can. I also have some experience with IT, mainly surrounding email client configuration and associated fault finding – this was down to my work with the now closed down JerseyMail service once operated by Jersey Post.
