I am passionate about finding solutions and helping companies and government agencies build a powerful, professional brand through our partnership of products and services. My mission is to help customers take control of their technology needs through building strategic relationships, fair negotiations and enabling efficient management of accounts by examining existing processes to create solutions that will increase efficiency and grow revenue. My main goal as a leader is to guide my team to success by achieving our key results, accomplishments, and goals. Serving our state and local customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington DC is my number one priority. I currently lead a team of successful Directors, Associate Directors, and Client Executives with a mission of ensuring their personal growth and success while assisting their customers in exceeding their own business outcomes. Our team covers all State and Local Government agencies, along with Higher Education institutes in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington DC - delivering and partnering with agencies to provide best in class solutions which enable growth. This includes dedicated internet, SDWAN, above the network solutions, VoIP, wireless connectivity, private networks, and an industry leading security suite. I have had the opportunity to carry multiple roles during my time at Verizon and each has enabled me to grow as a leader, a team member, and a business partner. Together with customers, team members and partners, we have delivered some impressive solutions. My skills include a high business acumen, prospecting new and existing business, relationship building and overcoming complex problems with solutions met for the constantly evolving wireless and wireline industry.
