With over four years of HR experience, a B.S. in IO Psychology, and an M.S. in HRM, I am poised to apply core HR principles and improve the satisfaction, performance, and profitability for both employees and organizations. In particular, I am interested in applying the principles of IO Psychology to an organization. This includes effective employee selection and assessment, training and development that support continuous learning, evaluating performance and facilitating regular feedback and coaching, improving organizational structures and systems to foster a more positive work culture, and investigating factors that influence job satisfaction and stress to promote well-being.
