Wanting to take your pharmacy to the next level? Well, you have come to the right profile. My name is Matt and before we dig into my credentials, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. The biggest driver for me is a challenge, whether it’s resolving an automation issue for a pharmacy or going on a long hike in the hills. That’s why I switched up my long career in real estate to the pharmacy industry. I wanted to embrace a new challenge that would easily translate my skillset. I In early 2019 I joined BD Rowa Australia, in the role of Territory Manager for WA, SA and NT, and guess what? I haven’t looked back. In my current role at BD Rowa I work with pharmacies to improve their dispensary efficiencies through leading automation and technology. I achieve this from researching the best ideas around the world and by constantly looking for new opportunities for clients. Furthermore, one of my key strengths is my network as I want to not only help pharmacies with technology but with building their pharmacy to best it can be. So, by having a reliable pharmacy network, I can refer my clients to people who will also support the vision for their pharmacy of the future. My key achievements so far at BD Rowa: 16 Rowa machines sold in 12 months. Hosting the monthly BD Rowa webinar for pharmacies across Australia. Assist greenfield site development to pharmacies (over 400 scripts per day). My network with pharmacies on a global scale, to bring the best ideas to my territory. My relationships with existing clients. I use LinkedIn as a platform to share the many innovative ideas I discover within the pharmacy industry.
