Current Location: Brisbane, Australia Project Management Project Coordination Planning and Design Work Experience: • Coordinate, attend meetings with client, contractors, project manager and other project consultants for the development of the project and for discussions on valuable solution for any site issues • Work closely with client, contractors and other project consultants to oversee the progress of the project • Coordinates with the other project consultants such as Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Telecom, Security to deliver the project on time. • Review shop drawings and material submission against the Architect's specifications and details and to check that details has been followed accordingly. • Administer site issues and prepare site observation report • Administer and manage the production of construction drawings for official issuance to the client • Reports and discuss with the Lead Design Architect regarding site issues which involves design and building code issues. • Attend punch walk inspection.
