Personal Statement My career so far has given me valuable experience in working with people across all Manufacturing departments/functions regionally and internationally to achieve and maintain business goals. In my manufacturing career, I have taken the opportunities to work in several different departments for example Quality, Innovation and training. I believe these job roles and my manufacturing based degree have given me a broad understanding of Operations and manufacturing. When involved with projects it gives me the ability to see opportunities from different viewpoints. I have used this ability to successfully maintain operations and assist in creating change, this I have done within recognised global companies. I have the personal and social skills to build and maintain relationships with team members, key stakeholders and I have experience coaching individuals to recognize their potential. My management, production, training and strong technical skills will help to deliver your business needs.
