About Matthieu Dardaillon

Dreamer & Doer I’m a French entrepreneur, author, and speaker. But above all, a human being deeply concerned about the times we live in. Exposed at a young age to social issues, I’ve always searched for how to have the greatest positive impact through my work. A graduate of ESCP, with a specialization at HEC, I co-founded Ticket for Change at the age of 24 while still in school. Its mission: to help people activate their talents to tackle the major challenges of our time (climate, poverty, exclusion…). In 10 years, people have taken part in its programs, leading to many success stories (Yuka, Meet My Mama, Le Drive tout nu…). I’ve also been actively involved in strengthening the impact-driven economy in France (Mouvement Impact France, Ashoka, Entreprendre & +, Grandes Écoles de la Transition…), and today I serve as co-president of the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat. After 10 exciting and intense years of commitment, I took a year-long “fertile void” to tune in to what is emerging in the world and receive new insights. Passionate about empowerment — helping people unlock their agency — I’m now focused on sharing powerful tools and visual insights to help build a more just and sustainable society. That’s the adventure of Redessiner le monde (“Redesign the World”). I’ve published 4 books, including my latest Anti-Chaos, released in January 2025. I share my discoveries here on LinkedIn, in the Redessiner le monde newsletter, and through public talks.
