I have a tremendous amount of skills, experience, and talent that I gained while working in retail sales and learning on the job at prominent companies located in the Greater Chicago land area. I have networked with top industry companies such as, SCR Medical Transport, Total Airport Services, The Custom Company, Navistar, Pepsi-Co, Free Enterprise, Aramark Uniform service, and Big Bus tours. I'm passionate about vehicle safety and road safety. My Technical abilities are enhanced when working with a team. My earliest thoughts in my career was to be an associated member of a major retailer, the only true sign of performance in an employee was the batch summary totals, and at the end of each of my productive days in retail a good summary was a good day. If I had to make a prediction on that one essential talent of mine, I'd have to say strengthening others with encouragement- through the discouragement process of learning and building new skills. I can also take a confident guess at it when I say, nobody else has made more mistakes than me when I'm in learning mode. A tactical attack before the conquer is just one way to go at it. I agree with the concept of hours of learning to Master a new skill and acknowledge that it can become a dynamic approach by Continual education, Recertification, and Return on Investment evaluations. I provided IT support for Cta Maintenance employees, in an effort with Hr to integrate Employee Self Services and Computer literacy for non-Management employees. As for the current affairs of system integration, employee development and information exchange at executive levels, one key component will remain unchanged (Training, Technical publication and testing which equals a none revenue loss at the Cash register). My experience with adult Training & education is 10 years. The skill set I have developed as a Maintenance trainer has allowed me to provide 4-hour workshops on PC based Maintenance software, topics e.g Maintenance tasks; Warranty; Acceptance; Retrofit; Fleet failure.
