Max Palomeque, founder of Palladian Executive Coaching LLC, is an experienced leadership coach specializing in the application of emotional intelligence and behavioral science to foster leadership development. With over twenty years’ experience, Max has worked with more than 450 leaders from front-line managers to senior executives and logged over hours of coaching and facilitation. Additionally, Max has coached/facilitated over 80 teams and groups resulting in actionable outcomes generating significant returns on investment.
