I am currently in graduate school for creative nonfiction writing to further my editing and writing skills. I am interested in any roles that consist of SEO, copywriting, copyediting, articles, script writing, etc. Here is a brief list of skills I have acquired: I have strong verbal and written communication skills and able to multi-task to find solutions to problems. I have a lot of experience using critical thinking and creativity for problem-solving. I respond well and diligently to feedback and improvement. I can clearly analyze and conceptualize information to make it easier to understand in layman's terms. Experience includes reading and discussing difficult texts that are sometimes translated from foreign languages and simplifying theories and ideologies for classroom environments. I have brief, intermediate Spanish language competency. I work well under deadlines and am very detail oriented, punctual and flexible. I can easily adapt to new work environments. Mediation comes naturally; I'm confident in handling conflict resolution. Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation. Experience working within customer service heavy industries.
