About Maximo Crisanti

I am a seasoned Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience managing the delivery of technology projects. I value strong stakeholder management and engagement, relationship building, being a project leader as well as a team player. I believe in “Order, Focus and Priorities”, team empowerment and motivation, great communication and flexibility. As a technology professional my project delivery is enhanced by a wealth of technical expertise I leverage for the identification and management of delivery risks as well as to realise project opportunities. In addition to this, my university formation in the School of Engineering contributed to a problem solving approach to removing roadblocks and managing inter-dependencies. Over the years I had the opportunity to work with different business areas; my MBA studies have broaden my business acumen and extended my communication and negotiation skills. My experience working for one of Australia’s largest companies shows in strong governance, flexibility management and an ability to continuously learn and adapt. Working in large programs has given me the skills to influence and drive outcomes as well as a direct experience in all phases of projects and the software engineering life cycle.
