As a senior leader and communications professional with a long and varied history of success with national and international organisations in both the public and private sectors, I bring common sense, strategic thinking, creativity and a collaborative spirit to every organisation I work with. At the head of a dynamic, motivated and successful team is where I work best, with the passion and creativity to build new approaches and generate solutions that meet the specific company and market needs. I love working with organisations that deliver benefits for people and communities, and inspire my teams to do their best work in order to facilitate this. Throughout my career I have endeavoured to demonstrate that marketing and brand are strategic disciplines that belong in the boardroom, enabling and facilitating organisational transformation. In this vein, I have worked to drive communication, capacity and connectivity business-wide with such wide-ranging organisations as Cadbury, the Cabinet Office and RIBA. My mission in every engagement is to equip the future generations of marketers with the cultural intelligence and practical tools to create inclusive organisations. I believe mentoring, development and engagement at every level of an organisation are crucial to this. As such, I am especially interested in working with organisations that have a strong social purpose, and relish the challenge of transforming brands and connecting them with new audiences.
