As a Human Resources Administrator at Mentech - Intérim et Recrutement, I search for potential candidates on various recruitment networks, provide candidate proposals to clients, and participate in administrative tasks of the agency. I also create and update visual materials for social networks, contribute to the development of the employer brand, and highlight the employee and candidate experience. I have a Master 1 degree in Business Administration and Management from IAE de Poitiers, where I learned the fundamentals of business, management, and marketing. I also have a professional baccalaureate in commerce from Ain Shams University, where I developed my sales and customer service skills. I am fluent in French, English, and Arabic, and I have obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn on topics such as accessibility, inclusive design, and benevolent management. I am serious, quick learner and particularly enthusiastic about learning something new every day. My goal is to use my skills and knowledge to support the human resources function and the organizational culture of Mentech.
