About Maya Richards

Hello! I am currently a first-year student in the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. I am currently pursuing a major in Business Administration General studies. I previously interned at a self-founded and managed sports performance company. This experience gave me invaluable insights into business operations, leadership, and innovation, allowing me to develop a practical understanding of running a business from the ground up. I am particularly interested in entrepreneurship, strategic management, and innovation, and I am actively seeking opportunities to apply what I’m learning both inside and outside the classroom. I am currently looking for internships for summer 2025 or 2026 in the areas of wealth management, accounting, and business operations to gain hands-on experience and deepen my understanding of these fields. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy connecting with like-minded individuals who are driven to succeed. Through my time at UF, I am looking to develop my leadership abilities, gain practical experience, and ultimately contribute to impactful projects that make a difference. I am excited about the endless opportunities in the business world and am committed to continuously growing and challenging myself as I work toward my goals.
