My 25 years of payroll experience includes being a subject matter expert in various areas including but not limited to; Payroll, HRIS Solutions, conversions/implementation, Employee Training, Change Management, Pension and Benefit management/ administration and Disability Management.My experience includes project management, data conversion, supervising staff, managing and administrating both Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution pension plans within a mixed Union and Non-union work environment all the while providing exceptional service to all stakeholders internally and externally. My duties have also included; financial and statistical reporting, analysis and reconciliation.I have incredible interpersonal, supervisory, project management and organizational skills; as well as outstanding knowledge of payroll and HR requirements, procedures and legislation. These skills are combined with my experience with the OMERS Pension Plan, working with various Payroll/HRIS systems including ADP Workforce Now and working in both Private and Public Sectors.
