About Meg Brown

I've been a writer as early as I can remember.give me a typewriter, pen or pencil, and I will write all day long. The past 10 years, I've been writing about my experience as a church planter. but it's morphed into a new passion: finding the meaning behind the translation of Scripture. Now, I focus my writing on digging into what the Bible actually says. and not what we've interpreted it to mean to us in the 20th century. For 7 years, I served as the Creative Director at Thrive Christian Church. I grew the team from 1 to now more than 20 volunteers. I recruit, train, resource, and lead. I have also been providing freelance writing to Insight Leadership Group and their clients. I am adept at building high trust relationships to accomplish great work together for writing projects, social media marketing, copy editing, and event planning. In 2021, I founded the Behold Collective to help women Behold their Creator, Believe in Jesus, and Become the Women that God Created Them to Be. We are available to lead women’s retreats or to speak on discipleship, as well as provide Bible study content.
