Megan has her certification in Holistic Health & Nutrition and is a Board Certified Health Practitioner with the NBC-HWC, IAHC, AADP and has a Master Practitioner in NLP. She is advancing her education in preventive heart disease and microbiome. Megan has studied over 200 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and knowledge, she will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals to produce real and lasting results. She is the founder & owner of FREY WELLNESS. She facilitates group sessions on taking steps to wellness. As a coach and wellness expert, Megan also works with individuals to break through their barriers and embrace a lifestyle change from the inside-out. Her unique approach combines nutrition, physical activity, relationships, career, and personal philosophy.
