About Megan Panama

Results-driven marketing and brand strategist with a strong foundation in partnerships and business development. With over a decade of experience in brand marketing, I’ve worked with top-tier luxury brands, scaled startups to national recognition, and crafted compelling digital narratives that drive engagement and sales. As Brand and Marketing Manager at Roots Farm Fresh, I played a key role in growing the company from launch to over retail locations nationwide. I spearheaded brand partnerships, developed high-impact marketing campaigns, and grew the brand’s social media presence from 50 to 200K followers, leading to a 200% increase in customer engagement. Prior to that, I honed my expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and market positioning during my years as a Brand Marketing Specialist in the global fashion industry. Working with luxury brands and designers, I mastered the art of storytelling, media relations, and social media growth—skills that continue to drive my success in marketing, real estate, and business development.
