Resume:Grounds Maintenance Services GMS currently employeedJob duties:HR: Hiring employee's for the company, processing applications, vacation accrual, sick time, handbook and law's and regulations.Payroll: I process payroll for around 100 employee's through Quickbook timesheets, verifying time, also installed a computer clock in program on company tablets with Exaktime that I sync and manage into Quickbooks.GPS time tracking: I track all company vehicles through a program called fleetmatics and verify with clockins, update vehicle info etc. I also manage the Verizon business acount and phones for the company.Customer Service: Answering all incoming calls and assisting clients with their needs and expectations, scheduling my boss and the other Supervisors with appointments and following up with them to make sure our clients are happy.Quickbooks and Excel proficient: I use Quickbooks, Excel and Microsoft word on a day to day basis. I process payroll weekly, all estimates, invoices and billing are done through Quickbooks, as well as accounts payable and recieveable and Profit and loss reports. Through Excel I manage all scheduling and reports.Collections and Filing: I collect on all past due invoice's for the company, create statements and follow up with phone calls.
