I learned to drive on an old Chevy Cavalier. The rusted locks were removed to avoid being trapped in or out of the vehicle. Not stalling at stoplights required switching to neutral, with one foot on the brake, and one on the gas. I owe a lot of who I am today to that crappy car. I know what it’s like to work hard, care deeply, and still feel stuck. For years, I thought I was doing all the right things—whether in business or relationships—but I kept running into the same frustrations. Looking back, I can see the pattern: I was caught in cycles that were slowly eroding my energy, confidence, and results. The turning point? Realizing that most of these cycles weren’t broken by huge, dramatic changes—but by small, strategic shifts.
