Lived and worked in NY/USA, London/UK and NZ. I have extensive knowledge in building and adapting strategy, leading teams, creating growth, designing customer-centric products & services, and solving complex problems. Having experienced multiple cultural leadership styles, I have learned what it takes to inspire and enable people through both growth and crises. What some of my greatest mentors taught me is that without two things you cannot grow: relentless interest in learning, and grit to try stuff you don’t know you can do. I am also an accomplished entrepreneur, having established two businesses both focussed on supporting executives of all levels to self-direct their growth & development. I believe everyone has innate untapped human potential in them and if we can unlock it, we can make work, and the world, work better. That’s my purpose. That’s the joy and power of work.
