About Jacole Todd

I am an experienced Sr. Level HR leader, Business Coach, Author and Philanthropist, with 18+ years of human resources, business and non profit industry experience. My experiences include several years overseeing the human resources department for Carter, a real estate investment, development, and advisory firm, obtaining professional certifications in human resources, coaching and authoring my first book in 2017. I am passionate about people and helping others reach their full potential and purpose. Some of my career highlights include advancing to leadership with my prior employer, Carter, during the economic downturn and was instrumental with change management, streamlining programs following a divestiture of two major business lines and approximately 45% of workforce. I also played a key role in the companies’ initiatives with culture development programs, such as GALLUP StrengthsFinder and Myers Briggs. My collaborative leadership style and efforts to develop strong partnerships both internal and external helps to create a balance that is both focused on the overall company success, while also focusing on the best resolutions for the people. I am a strong human resources leader and senior generalist with areas of expertise are staffing, benefits/compensation, employee relations, training, performance management and compliance.
