I'm Meredith, a Senior Partnerships Manager working on leveraging well-loved gaming IP to create exciting collaborations that delight players. I thrive in roles where I'm responsible for strategic thinking and working cross-functionally to execute campaigns that elevate brand equity, engage communities and enhance reach. I've been lucky enough to work in multiple creative industries, starting in book publishing, moving on to design and now in gaming. Some of the cool things I've done so far in my career: • Was Project Lead on the Event of the Year-nominated RuneFest 2025, returning after 6 years to host 3500 attendees and sell out in 30 seconds • Successfully managed the launch of 3 games on PC and console • Became the primary contact for RuneScape's presence on mobile with Apple and Google • Collaborated charity partners at RuneFest to create an immersive community experience, smashing fundraising targets • Identified novels in the 'slush pile'(submissions inbox) that went on to be Sunday Times bestsellers or win major literary prizes • Worked with grant-giving charitable foundations to shape their brand strategy and communication with scholars My strengths lie in deriving clarity from chaos, creating alignment and 'buy-in' with a wide range of personalities, and supporting creative teams by implementing process improvement and the use of digital project tools. I am an expert cat-herder and there's nothing I love more than helping out-there ideas become a reality.
