My experience spans higher education, youth, workforce development, primary and secondary education, and health. I excel in managing large-scale projects in dynamic, high-pressure environments, where strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management are critical. My expertise lies in achieving project outcomes through stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and leading teams. I am an experienced facilitator and have designed, delivered, and evaluated training programs and workshops for diverse audiences, including government officials, nonprofit staff, cross-cultural teams, and corporations. I have also led non-degree and executive education programming at higher education institutions for international professionals.
