In my career, I’ve worn many hats – from hosting at restaurants, to assisting guests at the YMCA Welcome Center, to teaching in the classroom. These diverse experiences have honed my communication skills, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the importance of building lasting relationships. Whether I’m greeting a client with a warm phone call/email or helping someone navigate a challenge, I’m always focused on creating an environment where people feel valued, heard, and supported.
