About Meredith Rucker
After graduating with a B.A. in studio art from Sweet Briar College and earning an additional B.F.A. in graphic design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, Meredith took the lead in graphic design and marketing for the Fortune 500 desalination firm, Doosan Hydro Technology. She was later recruited by Wildfire Marketing Group, where she undertook corporate identity, web design, and social marketing projects for various clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 giants. After quickly learning the ropes at NV Advertising and moving from freelance graphic designer to Junior Creative Director, Meredith became well-versed in project management, social media, and responsive design. With 17 years of experience, she is currently at the helm of her own digital marketing company, currently serving clients locally in Tampa Bay and nationwide. After receiving an MFA in Media Design in 2019, Meredith's mission is to lead and educate a new generation of visual communicators in the ever-changing landscape of marketing and advertising.
