About Merrily Behnke

After proudly retiring from public education in 2023, I transitioned to the EdTech sector with itopia, bringing more than a decade of experience as a CTE IT Specialist in Fort Worth ISD. During my time in FWISD, I supported Career & Technical Education programs with hands-on technology deployment, classroom support, teacher training, and the implementation of virtual software environments across a wide range of pathways. Now, as a Customer Success Manager at itopia, I help school districts deploy and scale CloudApps—our secure, cloud-based virtual desktop solution for students. I guide onboarding, troubleshoot classroom challenges, analyze usage data, and collaborate with educators and IT teams to ensure success across Adobe, Autodesk, Unity, and other key CTE-aligned tools. My mission has always been to empower teachers and students with the technology they need to thrive—whether that's in a classroom, on a Chromebook, or from anywhere in the world. A+ Certified, Apple Certified Support Professional. Technology professional who takes pride in finding solutions that benefit end users and corporate needs. Using excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users. Will be a trusted member of the team as well as an independent worker.
