As an Environmental Scientist, I am passionate about making a positive impact in the world through integrating the needs of people with those of the natural world, with the goal of managing, restoring, and maintaining environments in a sustainable manner. I believe this is vitally important due to the confluence of human stressors such as climate and environmental change, with pressing socio-economic issues such as poverty, service provision, etc. I believe that I am well positioned to accomplish this goal through my knowledge of key concepts such as Integrated Water Resource Management, Integrated Environmental Management, and Sustainable Development.
