Over 17 years experience developing security sensor products and accessories from design concept through tooling and manufacturing. Expertise includes the design and development of:* Analog and digital circuits, including linear and SMP converters.* Very low current circuits for battery powered products.* PIR (Passive-Infra-Red) and microwave Doppler motion sensors.* LWIR (Long-Wave-Infra-Red) Fresnel lens arrays and tooling.* Overseas tooling for formed metal and molded plastic parts.* Mixed signal custom ASICs to reduce product cost and complexity.* Feedback control systems, AC/DC motors, and motor drives.
