Welcome! I’m Michael Cavanaugh, executive leadership coach and the founder and president of MDCAV Associates. Throughout my 30-year career, I served in senior leadership roles for such Fortune 50 companies as United Healthcare (5), Procter & Gamble (25) and PepsiCo (44), along with Henkel (15), a DAX 30 company. While specializing in organizational leadership development, strategic planning and operations, I’ve witnessed many successful leadership and advancement strategies. I’ve also seen what doesn’t work.
