Led, trained and mentored many Customer Support / Project Managers resulting in over enterprise, medium and small businesses worldwide. I worked together with commercial partners (USA, Canada, Central America, France, India & Brazil to analyze and define the best solution and its architecture to meet customers' needs. Currently specializing in problem resolution and critical needs regarding print technologies. Managed the pre-work and implementation of projects based on real scenarios with a focus on technologies and services from AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and many other solutions in order to support customers in their journeys of migration and modernization of environments on-premises using Cloud-based environments. In addition, I am a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt and have used my skills to drive successful projects and customer solutions
