I possess a strong passion towards Strength and Conditioning/Sports Performance in helping athletes of all levels(Olympic, Professional, Collegiate, High School) and individuals of all ages improve physically, mentally, and psychologically while also building everlasting relationships. I am a dedicated, hardworking, and knowledgeable individual who is always seen with a smile on their face and is always open to new learning opportunities. I am quick to adapt to any working environment and firmly believe that I am an asset who can make a positive impact immediately.
