I have spent the last three and a half years helping HR and Legal solve problems in recruiting, talent retention, employment law compliance, and data insights. Whether it's making decisions on how to classify your employees in the wake of the new DOL overtime rule, keeping up with the new I9 requirements, or tracking the other 267 employment laws that have come into effect this year I am always ready and eager to have a conversation. For more than 20 years, Brightmine™, formerly XpertHR, has worked with over customers, partners, and employees, innovating with new technology and getting to know what shapes the world’s most successful businesses and workforces. As we’ve grown in both the depth and breadth of our products, solutions and markets served, we continue to focus on helping our customers navigate the ever more complicated world of work with confidence. I am a native Chicagoan who grew up in a stereotypical suburban household with six other siblings. Who knew that sharing one bathroom would impart the conflict resolution and negotiation skills I use in business today.
