About Michael Erickson

Pastor, missionary, educator, administrator, non-profit director, and author with over 40 years experience in Christian pastoral ministry, missions and non-profits. Specializing in pastoral, and organizational leadership, administration and the necessary strategy for a thriving ministry and organization. Leadership in several ministries and non-profits included the guidance for staff leaders in addition to the personal oversight of the organizations members. Proper alignment has been given to each ministry, organization and denomination. The focus is being in line with the vision of the affiliation’s membership and attention to efficient and productive operations, leading to financial growth and increased membership while maintaining the mission. Experience in the area of church ministry as Senior Pastor, Staff Pastor, Chaplain, non-profit administration,missions, teaching, preaching, training, counseling, and supervising staff. Experience in the area of non-profit organization include Chairman of a drug and alcohol counseling center, Administration of a pre-school of 160 kids, Administrator of a food pantry that feeds 400-600 people weekly. Since 1998 I have been working in the Kirinyaga district of Kenya developing churches and pastors. To date there are 32 churches and one Bible training center. In my work with cell groups and people in recovery I have written a book: Recovery Cells:Small Groups for People in Recovery published by Tate Publishing in 2007 My goal is to continue to provide a church or non-profit organizations the leadership necessary for expansion including numerical and financial growth, including increased spiritual growth and development.
