About Michael Gabrial

Experienced leader in Program and Project Management, I am capable of coordinating and structuring large, complex, multi-disciplinary software-focused projects and solutions in order to reach delivery goals and business objectives. I work closely with all levels of an organization with understanding and transparency with the goal of aligning stakeholders and DevOps teams to develop, deploy, monitor, and support complex in-cloud and on-prem solutions. The key to ensuring the success of my programs has been open two-way communication to build a strong understanding of how my teams like to work and building the needed project structure around that understanding to coordinate and align my teams to deliver on time with a proper level of quality. I have worked in the Telecommunications industry for over 20 years with teams across the globe, having possessed both a Team Manager role as well as Project Manager role in that span, during which time I have leveraged both my engineering background with my MBA to find success in all phases of my career.
