About Michael Hancock

With over 15 years of experience in human resources and client services, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional value and results for ADP and its customers. I have a strong background in HRIS, international HR, account management, and technical product consulting, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of various clients and provide them with customized and strategic solutions. As the Director of Client Services at ADP, I oversee all aspects of the products of ADP Talent Acquisition Solutions, including planning, organizing, setting direction, establishing priorities, developing processes, assigning accountability, and measuring results. I lead an organization of approximately 40-45 technical client service managers and product specialists, who I coach, mentor, and empower to provide timely, high-quality product services and support to internal and external clients. I also build rapport and business relationships with supported departments and business units, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of goals and initiatives. Some of the skills that I use and enhance in this role are HRIS, international HR, account management, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
