Over 10 years of expertise in people management, project management, innovation (including recent innovation with AI solutions) and delivering operational results.In my current role, my duties include:• Line managing multiple direct reports, including preparing KPI goals for them, assessing these each quarter, carrying out appraisals, submitting promotion requests and more.• Distributing jobs and quotes among my direct line reports and also PMs within the larger team.• Working on testing AI solutions for our services (including the use of LLMs) and implementing these workflows. Carrying out training with team members on these systems.• Recruiting and interviewing potential candidates for the team.• Compiling and analysing financial data for the team - number of projects managed, revenue, margins, etc.• Leading client calls and managing client relationships.
