As the Service Integration Manager for Gorton Hub, I support Manchester City Council services and partners in developing and implementing creative ideas to enhance service operations and user support. Leveraging project management methodologies, communication strategies, and service design principles, I identify gaps and then I then analyse this information to either co-produce new ideas or develop key delivery models to achieve success. One of my notable achievements is delivering the MAPS (Multi-Agency Prevention and Support) model across the city. This involved utilising a multi-agency forum comprising various partners at the neighbourhood level to support the most complex residents. I delivered effective communications, service design, rollout, and analysis for each site, and supported the Changing Futures model to further assist our residents. This programme is now city-wide. I supported the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365, specialising in using Teams to build engagement with the platform and upskill the workforce to integrate into their daily work lives. Most notably the end-user device rollout programme. I developed an innovative approach to acclimating users to new devices, significantly reducing the need for service desk support. I am proficient in using Adobe products to deliver key messages and communications, often developing corporate videos, branding, information packs, and graphics to increase engagement in any project I work on. Throughout my career, I have collaborated extensively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that diverse perspectives are integrated into our projects. This collaborative approach has been crucial in driving successful outcomes and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. I work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that their insights and feedback are incorporated into our projects. This engagement has been vital in building trust and achieving buy-in for new initiatives. I am also committed to continuous improvement initiatives. I regularly review and refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. By implementing feedback loops and performance metrics, I ensure that our services are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our users.
