About Michael Kruska

I am owner & founder of Colometrix GmbH, a consulting company for Industry and Retailers of Color Cosmetics. The Company aims at i) widening the scope of Category Analysis and ii) facilitating fact-based Product- and Category Management. Applying accurate color measurement to create digital swatches removes the existing problem of combining product color and consumption data and creates new analytical possibilities to create value. Before founding Colometrix, I pursued the sales career path in P&G covering Key Account-/ Category-Management and Trade-Marketing where I was responsible for developing Customers, Categories and Brands across several FMCG Categories (from Small Domestic Appliances, Fabric-and Homecare, Oral Care, Grooming, Hairstyling to Fine Fragrances). My last role was to carve-out and transfer commercial operations of Wella’s Retail Hairstyling Business in DACH from P&G to Coty as Commercial Leader of a multifunctional team consisting of Marketing, Sales and Logistic Managers. I am optimistic, fact-based and passionate about developing solutions. I am open and honest and I believe in strong multifunctional collaboration, full empowerment of direct reports, simplification and driving efficiencies to free selling time.
