About Michael Kuhn

Michael Kuhn is the Development Director at Camp Red Cedar, and has served in that brand new role since May of 2022. Since joining the CRC team, Michael has built a development program that aims to foster meaningful relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and charitable foundations while ensuring a sustainable future for Camp Red Cedar. Most recently, he was responsible for generating over in development-related revenue in his first fiscal year with the organization. Prior to joining Camp Red Cedar’s team, Michael served as the Homeowner Services Manager at Habitat for Humanity, where he helped rebuild the homeownership program and worked directly with partner families to help them achieve their dreams of affordable homeownership. If Michael looks vaguely familiar, you may remember him from his first career as a reporter at WANE 15 News after graduating from Ball State University in 2016. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his high-school sweetheart Lindsey and their son Oliver, as well as hopping on his Harley for a leisurely ride around all of Fort Wayne’s scenic routes.
