Innovative | Result Driven | Seeking Constant Growth Highly proactive and personable engineering project management professional with 4 years of experience in resolving process inefficiencies and executing on project deliverable challenges from a project management standpoint. I excel in managing multiple priorities/projects, and seek to understand the motivators of my team members to collectively thrive in environments of growth, positivity, and proactive mindsets. Innovation and the wonders of technology has always inspired and moved me growing up, and it is a critical part of the growth of society which I wish to be a part of. I am driven to make positive and transformative change through my ability to build strong performing teams and my ability to plan and execute on complex projects. I come with a background in aerospace engineering, and I am currently working toward a PMP certification. I have utilized my engineering acumen and skills in project management to setup and deliver in-service support for multi spectral imaging systems on various defence platforms, and helped certify new engines and features for the new Global 5500/6500 aircraft. In the past I have been heavily involved in engineering and SAE Aero Design competitions.
