Here's the deal: Most strategies fail not because they are flawed, it’s because the human factor is often overlooked or underrepresented. That's where I go to work. After 20+ years in the trenches, I've learned that performance comes from getting interested in what’s truly important to people, not just numbers and schedules. What I actually do: • Uncover why capable people with solid plans can't execute (spoiler: it's rarely the plan) • Design ways to have change, mindset and behaviours stick instead of fading after the consultants leave • Coach leaders who have big commitments but can't get their teams to deliver it • Build intrinsic systems that work with human nature instead of fighting it How I think about it: I'm not here to give you another framework or methodology I am here to roll up my sleeves and uncover what’s truly impacting performance.
