Michael P Colucci has over 30 years of management and consulting experience in Professional Employer Organization ownership, healthcare administration, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare business development and operations, Mr. Colucci spent the first 25 years of his career in progressively more responsible administrative positions in both not for profit and proprietary healthcare systems. He spent 10 years with a large Not for Profit Health System, where he developed and managed a highly successful physician development initiative that added over 250 primary care and specialty physicians to a suburban community health system which accounted for over admissions over 10 years. In Mr. Colucci founded Idilus LLC. Under his direction the company has formed, financed and developed physician practices In 2002 the company formed a Professional Employer Organization division. A member of NAPEO the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, the company currently provides PEO services to over 500 companies with over 2,500 worksite employees. He provides direct consultation to Hospitals, Medical Practices and Financial Institutions. He works extensively with both lenders and venture capital firms to provide financing for new and developing healthcare operations. In 2022 the Company was named A Great Place to Work by the prestigious Great Places to work organization which bases their ratings on confidential interviews with the company's employees. Michael received his, BA from the University of Detroit, MSW in Clinical Social Work-Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, MBA in Business and Finance from Michigan State University. J.D.
