Background
About Michael-Ray Mathews
With over eight years of experience as the Founder and Principal of The Prophetic Foundry, LLC, I have dedicated my career to co-creating wisdom, resources, and futures at the intersection of spirituality and social justice. My work spans consultation, coaching, facilitation, training, public speaking, content creation, and curriculum development for organizations such as Middle Collegiate Church, Faith in Public Life, and PICO California. As a 2025 Fellow with the Acosta Institute, I continue to deepen my commitment to prophetic imagination and community healing through multi-faith leadership and organizing. My passion lies in empowering communities by integrating spirituality and social change, focusing on justice, ritual, and collective memory. Drawing on skills in convening, public affairs, and media relations, I aim to foster transformative leadership and cultivate the Beloved Community. Through collaborative efforts, I strive to create impactful spaces for healing, dialogue, and justice-centered action.
