My name is Michael Salazar, I am a graduate at Arizona State University who has majored in Business Communications. With a cumulative GPA of 3.90, I was recognized with Summa Cum Laude honors, and I continue to push myself to pursue life's next big challenge for me. Over the last few years, my skill set has been shaped by the companies and programs I have worked alongside. Through Boy Scouts I learned what it meant to be highly motivated, a leader, and how to find a voice for myself in the ever-changing landscape of today. Through my time at Papa Murphy's, I learned how valuable it was to be part of a team, and use my leadership skills effectively to translate towards smarter business decisions and greater profits. During my next career opportunity with In-N-Out, I learned how to provide flawless customer service in a high-paced, high-intensity environment. With my current job at ADP Client Services, I've learned how to challenge myself and achieve great success. I have shown resilience in the face of great challenges, and I have continued to rise within my company to showcase my skillset. While I still have plenty to learn, I hope to use a combination of my skills learned throughout previous experiences to make positive impacts for you, your company, and the other associates I find myself working alongside. I'm not afraid of a challenge, and I will always put my nose to the grindstone to produce the results you're seeking, and exceed the expectations you've set in place.
