I'm the Denver Market Director for PairPEO ~ a PEO Broker focused on our client's desired outcomes. We help businesses save time and money by finding a PEO and HR Solutions that aligns with their needs and budget. There are over 500 PEOs in the United States - and every one of them operate differently. They all have different strengths, insurance carriers, tech stacks, integrations, service delivery models, renewal dates, and pricing. Our role is to sit on the the client side to source PEO proposals that offer the best possible combination of price, products, services, integrations, and desired HR outcomes. We also assist with implementation and serve as an additional resource to ensure our clients maximize the ROI from their PEO spend and help manage your renewal every year (and we do all of that for free!) Our clients range from small firms with only 4-5 employees to national companies with employees.
