With over 14 years in the sales training industry, I've honed my skills as a senior instructional designer, developing impactful adult learning content and collaborating closely with customers to identify and address their unique sales skill challenges. My experience has given me a deep understanding of how to craft solutions that drive real results for customers. Today, as Vice President of Customer Solutions, I lead a talented team of instructional designers and solution architects, ensuring our solutions not only meet the evolving needs of our customers but also empower them to achieve their goals effectively. My journey has been dedicated to creating transformational learning experiences, and I continue to focus on elevating customer success through tailored, results-driven solutions. We connect metrics to behaviors, training to outcomes and sellers to their best performance. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my amazing family—my wife and our three children.
