About Michaela Webb

I started my first job, when I was 14 as shop assistant in a small shoe store in my hometown. Since then I have had many positions, i.e waitress, administrative worker, work & travel in US, internship in Germany, coach and manager. Every single job taught me something new and different. Without those experiences I could not be who I am now – optimistic, motivated, hard-working and ambitious person with a good work ethic. Currently, I am working as a Senior Team Manager for an Order Management department supporting EMEA countries. As a manager my main task is to ensure, that all operations i am responsible are working well. So I am leading people and motivating them to meet the targets. Besides that, I provide the analysis – it helps me to identify the threats to our business. I am also instantly working on the process improvements or site costs efficiency. I am also the head for change management - I have to ensure that all innovations are properly implemented. Moreover, I participate in international projects. I plan, lead, control and evaluate the projects - e.g. international knowledge transfers, where I plan the resources, content of transferring knowledge and time schedule of remote training sessions in order to ensure a smooth project cycle. I really enjoy working with people and leading them, analyzing the data in order to ensure the proper running of business, managing the projects and implementation of innovations and seeing a successful outcome. I also learned that nothing is impossible and every problem can be fixed. So “What doesn’t kill ME, makes ME stronger.” These are my 5 working beliefs. I believe that, 1. Every problem has a solution. Micromanaging is not the right way to lead people. Taking credit for anybody’s success or ideas is selfish 4. Work Life Balance makes employees more loyal 5. A Good leader doesn’t just make decisions and tell employees what to do, BUT helps them to do their job, when it is necessary
