I work as an Associate Partner at Adastra Business Consulting, where i am responsible for the business development across Europe and Americas, creation of strategic partnerships across these regions and development of cutting-edge competences in the areas of Data Management, AI and data-driven process optimization. My key strength is an ability to adjust myself to the environment I am being put into in a very short time, aimimg to maximize output out of it. I make my engagements successful by actively listening to client's needs and shaping the structure of the solution according to it. I have experience working or living in more than 15 countries world-wide, spanning it from Asia to Americas. I managed to consult and/or deliver more than 50 projects during my career. I speak English, Slovak and Czech. I am a passive speaker of Chinese and learning actively Spanish. Currently on my mission to establish Adastra Business Consulting as a well-known brand in Latin America.
